You do not write boilerplate. You do not spend your afternoon fighting a CSS grid or manually wiring up CRUD endpoints. You use Cursor, Claude, or Copilot the way a senior engineer uses Stack Overflow - as fast infrastructure, not a crutch. You can read the output, understand what it did wrong, fix it, and ship. You move in hours where others move in days, and you measure your work in working features, not lines of code.
This is not a role for someone learning to code with AI. This is a role for someone who already builds this way and is better at it than anyone they know.
What you will do
- Ship working product features at speed - prototypes in hours, polished builds in days
- Translate product briefs directly into running code using AI-assisted tools as your primary execution layer
- Iterate fast on feedback without requiring a rewrite every time requirements shift
- Write and refine prompts, context windows, and agent pipelines as part of your normal development workflow
- Work directly with the client-facing team to understand what needs to exist - and build it before the conversation ends
- Maintain and debug AI-generated code: catch what the model missed, fix what it got wrong, own the output
Your requirements
- Demonstrated ability to ship production-grade features using AI-assisted development - show us something that runs
- Fluency with at least one AI coding tool (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar) as a daily production driver
- Enough technical grounding to read, debug, and reason about the code your tools produce - across at least two languages or stacks
- A portfolio of built things: products, features, prototypes - not courses, not repos with one commit
- Builder mindset: restless about shipping, uncomfortable with long planning cycles, allergic to process for its own sake
- Based in San Marino or willing to relocate
Why RBB LAB
Small team. Senior-only. No standups, no sprint ceremonies, no Jira tickets that go nowhere. You work directly on real client products alongside engineers who have shipped production systems for over a decade. If you are fast, autonomous, and good - this is the environment where that actually matters.
Use the form below to apply. Include your CV and a short note on the fastest thing you have shipped and how you built it.
