Most B2B marketing is expensive and forgettable. We want someone who treats it as an engineering problem: build the pipeline, measure what converts, cut what doesn't. You'll run RBB LAB's go-to-market - positioning, content, outreach, lead generation - using AI as infrastructure, not as a shortcut for bad copy. If you have built automated content pipelines, run programmatic outreach at scale, or used LLMs to systematically find and qualify leads, this is the role.
The work
- Own RBB LAB's growth pipeline end-to-end: content, SEO, outreach, LinkedIn presence
- Build and operate AI-native marketing systems - automated pipelines, not one-off campaigns
- Identify and qualify SME owners and decision-makers who would benefit from working with us
- Produce thought leadership content that positions the studio in the market (you write it, AI helps you scale it)
- Measure everything, kill what doesn't work, double what does
What we need
- Proven track record growing a B2B service business - numbers, not job titles
- Experience building automated marketing or outreach pipelines with LLM tooling
- Strong written communication - you'll be putting words in front of business owners and decision-makers
- Commercial instinct: understanding what makes a business owner pick up the phone
- Based in San Marino or willing to relocate
